Grand Pacific have created a high tea especially for Manchester Pride. It is available from the 19 until 27 August priced at £23 per person. £2.50 from each High Tea and £1 from each Pacific Pride cocktail sold will be donated to the Manchester Pride Charity to support, enrich and empower LGBT+ community groups, organisations, events and initiatives throughout Greater Manchester.

Savoury Selection
Crumpet with lobster butter, Forbidden Rice Arancini with goats’ cheese, marinated tuna and salmon tartare, smoked salmon potato cake, egg and mustard cress sandwich, Coronation Chicken sandwich, Eccles cake with creamy Lancashire cheese.
Vegetarian Savoury
Crumpet with salted butter, Forbidden Rice Arancini with goats’ cheese, Szechuan tofu, avocado and potato cake, cream cheese and cucumber sandwich, egg, mustard and cress sandwich, Eccles cake with creamy Lancashire cheese.
Sweet Selection
Mango and lemon tart, white chocolate and orange mousse, peppermint Turkish delight, strawberry scone, Lamington, hibiscus and strawberry trifle, candy cane.
