*NEWS*

If you wish there were more places to eat out in Derby, then the following news should you have doing cartwheels of joy.

Following the success of their recent pop-up events, IncognitoDining are thrilled to have taken up a residency at Elements Tea and Coffee House, on Victoria Street, Derby.

The much lauded IncognitoDining takeover will be running on Friday and Saturday nights. Expect seasonal ingredients prepared using boundary-pushing methods such as onion ash and lovage mayonnaise. During review night at IncognitoDining, I found the rhubarb meringue with home-made yoghurt a stellar dish that encapsulated the creative talent of the chef. By serving a vegan menu, IncognitoDining have highlighted their propensity for taking on a challenge (the chef isn’t vegan by trade but loves to make his food accessible to all).

Chef and co-founder Joe Wood commented: “We are delighted to be extending our collaboration with Elements Tea and Coffee House. We feel that their ethos, and commitment to serving quality teas and coffees marry very well with our own philosophies, and we look forward to continuing this relationship. Our evenings are about bringing fun and fine food to derby city centre and food lovers across the region.”

With menus changing on a monthly basis to capitalise on the best local produce the season has to offer, recent quirky titled dishes have included ‘Which Came First, The Chicken Or The Egg’, ‘Nearly Peach Melba’ and ‘When Life Gives You Lemons’.

Expect not just great food, but humour, entertainment, and a dining experience that will live long in the memory.

At 8 courses for £45, IncognitoDining evenings are perfect for that once in a lifetime celebration, a date night, or just to spend the evening hanging out with the cool kids.
