This unique exploration of artisan spirits will be hosted by the restaurant’s gutsy new Head Chef Nathanial Tofan and recent winners at the San Francisco Spirit Awards, Manchester Gin.

Honorary Mancunians Jen Wiggins and Seb Heeley have created a modern spirit in the award-winning Manchester Gin, with hand-foraged orange, lemon and Northern favourites Dandelion & Burdock. Its unique fusion of flavours will be perfectly matched to the culinary combinations created by Nathanial Tofan on the night, with his constantly evolving ingredients list dictated by the British seasons.

There from inception in 2013 and with four years as Aiden Byrne’s right-hand man, Nathanial Tofan has certainly earned his stripes at Manchester House showing himself to be ahead of his game and ready to shine as he was fast-tracked to Head Chef at the restaurant in September 2017.
